Questions
Good to know
What do I receive after buying?
High resolution JPG files in five print ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 and ISO A sizes) at 300 dpi. The download link appears right after checkout and is also sent by email.
Which sizes can I print?
From 4x6 inches up to 24x36 inches, and A5 up to A2. See the size guide to match your frame.
Where can I print my prints?
At home on a good printer, at a local print shop or copy shop, or with an online print service. Matte or lightly textured paper gives the softest result.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. This is a digital product, so nothing is shipped and frames are not included.
Can I use the prints commercially?
The files are for personal use only. Please do not resell, share or print them for sale. © Pip & the Parade.
What if something is wrong with my files?
Because the files are digital, we cannot offer returns. If a file does not open or something looks off, send us a message and we will help you right away.
